Privacy policy

This policy explains how the SEOLUTION Owner Portal handles information when a business owner opens a private request, answers questions, or chooses to connect a business account.
Information we handle
- Business questionnaire answers and the request details supplied by the operator.
- Technical security data needed to protect a private link and complete a connection, such as one-time state values, timestamps, and connection status.
- When you choose a Google connection, OAuth access and refresh tokens for the specific Google Business Profile, YouTube, or Merchant permission shown on the consent screen.
We do not ask you to send a Google password. Google credentials are entered only on Google’s own sign-in and consent pages.
How we use it
We use this information to save your answers, deliver the requested account connection to the SEOLUTION Operator, verify that the selected business account can support the requested work, and maintain security and audit records. Connecting an account does not itself authorize publication. The operator records company and publishing permissions separately.
Google user data
Google user data is used only to provide the owner-requested Business Profile, YouTube, or Merchant workflow. OAuth tokens are encrypted in transit and at rest. After the Operator imports and acknowledges a pending token package, the portal removes that encrypted package. Revoking a private request removes any pending encrypted package. An imported connection remains under the company’s separate Operator controls until it is disconnected or revoked with Google.
SEOLUTION’s use and transfer of information received from Google APIs follows the Google API Services User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements.
Sharing and service providers
We share data only as needed to run the requested service: with Google for OAuth and the selected Google API, with the portal’s hosting and encrypted database providers, and with connector providers only when you explicitly start a supported connection. We do not sell personal information or use Google user data for advertising.
Retention, deletion, and control
Private request links expire within the time shown on the request and can be revoked by the operator. Answers and security receipts may be retained in the company’s Operator record for continuity, audit, and recovery. Pending OAuth secrets are cleared after delivery or revocation. You can also revoke SEOLUTION in your Google Account permissions.
To request access, correction, disconnection, or deletion of data associated with an owner request, email bobby@seolutionio.co. Include the business name and do not send a password or OAuth token.
Security and contact
We use restricted service identities, encryption, expiring links, bounded retries, and access checks designed to keep one company’s information separate from another’s. No system can promise absolute security. Report a privacy or security concern to bobby@seolutionio.co.
